Help Needed: De-Identified Medics/Corpsmen Training Docs for a Transition Tool

Hello all — posting on behalf of Claude Moore Opportunities. We’re working on a new project focused on helping medics and corpsmen translate their military medical experience into civilian healthcare careers. We know how much of a headache it can be to explain your training in terms that employers, schools, and licensing boards actually understand.

To make this easier, we’re building a pilot AI tool that can take military medical training and map it to civilian skills and pathways. To train it correctly, we’re looking for de-identified examples of the kinds of documents you actually have — Joint Service Transcripts, MODS forms, or similar training/experience records.

A few quick notes:

  • Please remove any personal info before sending.
  • Everything shared will remain fully anonymized.
  • We’re only interested in the training content — nothing identifiable.

If you’re open to helping or want more details, feel free to reach out: whazel@claudemoore.org. We’re hoping to wrap this pilot by January, so any support in the next few weeks would mean a lot.

Appreciate you all and the work you’ve done.
